Important information about appointments

PAYMENT – Full payment will be taken on booking. If you are booking online, when you select an appointment you will be asked to give your credit or debit card details. If for some reason you are unable to do this please get in touch and we can arrange another payment method. Contact via email or phone: sharon.beckwith@yahoo.co.uk or 07828 137 400.

CANCELLATION POLICY and REFUNDS –

Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. Call or text Sharon directly on 07828 137 400 or email sharon.beckwith@yahoo.co.uk

If you defer or cancel an appointment with less than 2 working days notice full fees will be charged/retained. However if you cannot attend for health related reasons or on compassionate grounds we will be happy to rearrange.

Please do not attend if you are ill, especially if you could be contagious and get in touch if you’re not sure about symptoms.

If I have to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund if you don’t want to or cannot rearrange.

APPOINTMENT LENGTH –

All appointments are up to 40 minutes. They may be shorter if a shorter treatment time is appropriate or if contra-indicated.

IMPORTANT ‘PAPERWORK’-

Please take the time to read and complete the forms attached to your confirmation email. If you do not have email then please ask for paper copies.
